Bercovitch Law was founded on principles of great advocacy. After a decade of representing clients, David M. Bercovitch formed Bercovitch Law Offices, P.C. to provide clients with access to first tier legal representation without the distraction of a big law practice.
Mr. Bercovitch has received numerous awards for excellent trial advocacy. Mr. Bercovitch has successfully represented clients in personal injury, immigration and general litigation. Bercovitch is a Philadelphia personal injury lawyer focusing on premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, wrongful death and other personal injury claims. Mr. Bercovitch has successfully represented thousands (1,000) of accident victims. Collectively, Mr. Bercovitch has recovered millions of dollars for clients.
Mr. Bercovitch attended college at the George Washington University and law school at Villanova University Law School. While attending law school Mr. Bercovitch concentrated his legal training on litigation by working with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas President Judge Pamela Dembe and the Honorable Judge Glynnis D. Hill. Additionally, Mr. Bercovitch completed the distinguished Villanova Law School Civil Justice Clinic and the Defender’s Association of Philadelphia Clinic.
